Final-round notebook – Arnold Palmer Invitational
* Sean O’Hair now has two career 2nd place finishes (2005 EDS Byron Nelson Championship).* Kevin Na turned in the best round of the day with a four-under to finish T11.
* The final-round was delayed 1-hour and 50-minutes due to weather. The final-round was played in threesomes off split tees. Intervals were changed to 10-11 minutes between groups.
* Tiger Woods birdied the 72nd hole to beat Sean O’Hair by one stroke and claim his sixth Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by MasterCard.
* Tiger Woods matches his largest comeback after 54 holes (5 strokes) with his victory Sunday at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Woods also came back from 5 strokes after 54-holes to win the 2000 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am (Mark Brooks and Matt Gogel).
* Out of Tiger Woods’ 66 career wins, he has now come from behind to win 19 times.
* Tiger Woods is the first player to win six Arnold Palmer Invitational titles. The only other players with multiple victories at the event are Tom Kite (1982 and 1989) and Loren Roberts (1994-95).
* Four of Tiger Woods’ last eight PGA Tour wins have come on par-70 golf courses (2007 PGA Championship, 2007 Tour Championship, 2008-2009 Arnold Palmer Invitational).
* Tiger Woods’ five-stroke comeback victory over Sean O’Hair is not the best in Tournament history. Tom Kite (1982) and Gary Koch (1984) both came from six strokes back to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
* Tiger Woods’ last 54-hole comeback was at the 2007 BMW Championship where he came from one stroke behind Steve Stricker and Aaron Baddeley to win. Woods actually had four 54-hole comeback victories during the 2007 season.
